Desde el año 2002 el trío se presenta ininterrumpidamente en los principales escenarios de jazz de Bs As (Notorious, Thelonious, Jazz & Pop, Jazz Voyeur, Club Lounge, El Gorriti, etc), festivales (Festival Internacional Bs As. Jazz, La Plata Jazz Festival, Festival de Jazz de San Miguel, Festival de Jazz de Rio Cuarto, etc), en el interior del país (Mar del Plata, Rosario, Chascomus, etc), etc.

Hasta 2009 contaban con Pocho Lapouble en batería (quien falleció ese año) y a partir de allí lo reemplazo el reconocido baterista Luis Ceravolo (residente en Europa hasta entonces) quedando la actual formación: Norberto Machline, Alejandro Herrera y Luís Ceravolo (todos ellos con previos CDs editados de sus propias agrupaciones).

El grupo se caracteriza por mantener el idioma de Standard Trío, sumándole la experiencia y la trayectoria de cada uno de estos destacados músicos (todos ellos con CDs propios editados previamente), ya sea desde la clásica manera de encarar el jazz de Machline (considerado como uno de los mejores pianistas de jazz de Argentina), desde la fusión contemporánea y las influencias del rock que aporta Herrera (que lo llevo a formar parte de grupos internacionales como el de Al DiMeola, Karlheinz Miklin, etc.), o la amplitud y virtuosismos de Ceravolo (que abarca desde Luis Alberto Spinetta hasta Piazzolla, etc.), generando un estilo muy personal en el grupo.

El trío tiene editados 2 CD:

“Notorious en Vivo” (sello MDR). Su repertorio es básicamente de grandes standards de todos los tiempos (desde Thelonious Monk hasta The Beatles).

“ Es lo que hay” (sello MDR). Incursiona mas en los temas de autoría de sus 3 integrantes, sumados a algunos bellos clásicos del jazz.

Since 2002 the trio has been nonstop on their presentations on the main jazz stages in Bs As (Notorious, Thelonious, Jazz & Pop, Jazz Voyeur, Club Lounge, El Gorriti, etc), Festivals (Festival Internacional Bs As. Jazz, La Plata Jazz Festival, Festival de Jazz de San Miguel, Festival de Jazz de Rio Cuarto, etc), in the rest of Argentina (Mar del Plata, Rosario, Chascomus, etc), etc. Until 2009 they had Pocho Lapouble on drums (who died that year) and from then on, the renowned drummer Luis Ceravolo (resident in Europe until then) replaced him on the trio, so the current group is: Norberto Machline, Alejandro Herrera and Luis Ceravolo.

The group´s characteristic is to maintain the Standard trio language, adding to it the knowledge and experience of each of these outstanding musicians (all of them also with personal CDs previously edited). From the classical way to play jazz of Machline (considered as one of the best Argentinean jazz pianists), from the contemporary fusion style and the influences of rock that Herrera brings to the group (that took him to join international groups of artists such as Al DiMeola, Karlheinz Miklin, etc.), or the wideness of styles and virtuous ways of Ceravolo (covering from Luis Alberto Spinetta to Piazzolla, etc.), creating a very personal style in the group.

The trio edited 2 CDs:

- “Notorious en Vivo” (MDR). Basically all times standards (from Thelonious Monk to The Beatles) recorded live.

-"Es lo que hay" (MDR). This CD included more personal compositions of the 3 members of the trio, together with some beautiful jazz standards.
